ACT Spay/Neuter Clinic
ACT was awarded grants from the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors and the ASPCA for 2026. ACT will use the funds for several specials throughout the year for SJ County and Stanislaus County residents until the funds are gone.
ACT currently has $25 Low Income Pet Cat Vouchers, and $50 Low Income Pet Dog Vouchers available to San Joaquin County residents. For Low Income Pet Cat and Dog Vouchers, residents must also provide proof of residency, low income assistance, such as EBT Card, or the PG&E CARE Program or another type of similar program. Stanislaus County residents must show proof of residency to qualify for the vouchers. All surgery is by appointment only.
